We are a Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia Metro and Jersey Shore area based adjustment, investigation & consulting firm offering boutique and niche multiple-line loss handling since 2016. We specialize in program claims; large/complex losses; large domestic and international commercial risks; middle market commercial property losses; real estate; residential and catastrophic losses. Our professional services include adjusting, insurance investigations, property claim appraisals, expert witness, umpire and claim consulting services. We have proven to be indispensable to our client partners nationwide and internationally. We have been deliberate in our growth and not tried to be all things to all companies. About Us
Frank Bayer has over 40+ years of multi-line claims adjusting and investigative experience in both management and the field having worked for several carriers and as an independent adjuster, private investigator and as a former police officer.
Frank earned his MBA in Finance & Management from Southern Illinois University and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University.
Frank is retired from the United States Navy Reserve after 25 years of service that included sea duty and postings overseas in Europe, Central America, South America and service with the surface fleet, submarine forces and the Seabees. Frank was twice awarded the Navy and Marine Corp Meritorious Service Medal by the Secretary of the Navy.
Frank has Multiple Line Claims experience including Property, GL, Auto, Marine and Workers Compensation in Residential and Commercial Insurance areas of coverage, TPA Management and Oversight, Claims Quality reviews and audits. Expertise in handling specialty claims involving niche and boutique businesses and enterprises including fine art losses, motor truck cargo, marine losses, agribusiness and other specialties. Frank was a former Claims Vice President and Executive General Adjuster with a multinational insurer and personally handled multi-million-dollar property and liability claims while with the company.
Frank is an active member of the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce, LEA, PLRB, PAMIC, IAAI, SJCA, PLC, ISOP, NSPII.
